Yoga practice strengthens the body and creates flexibility. It challenges us to try new things. The practice builds inner power and confidence.

By linking our movements with our breath, we find stillness/softness and power/peace even in the most challenging poses. Over time, yoga becomes a moving meditation. A quiet time away from the busy-ness of life. A work-in.
