Meditation is the practice of becoming still and listening. Allowing yourself to settle into the present moment – neither the past nor the future. We balance being fully relaxed with being full aware. Some days are quiet and others are noisy – our minds filled with chatter. Whether quiet or noisy, we observe what is happening without judgment and learn from it.
There are many forms of meditation – you can sit and meditate, you can move and meditate, you can breathe and meditate. Anything can be a meditation. There is a meditation practice for you at ONE.
In our meditation classes and workshops, our teachers will introduce different techniques to turn inward and listen. We come together in sacred space to share the experience and the energy of mediation in gratitude.
